Saturday was our 5 year anniversary! Whoop whoop!
Time literally has flown by and there still floats a little pink cloud around in our house ;) Let’s be honest, being in a relationship is hard work (as the cliche says: love is a verb!) but I am so happy to have an amazing husband. Five years ago (obviously, hence the anniversary), we had our wedding at the Westergasfabriek, a stunning location at the heart of Amsterdam. It was an unforgettable day that wouldn’t have been possible without the help of a lot of our friends. Up to this day I’m so grateful for everything they pulled off! We are truly blessed! Below are some of the photo’s that were taken that day. Our wedding theme was Pink ’n White and pretty much everyone of our guests was dressed wearing white and something pink. Between the church service and the cake, the speeches and the music, people were enjoying the weather (talk about blessing) and beautiful scenery of the Westerpark. I’ll never forget looking out the window during the reception and seeing a bunch of our huge white and pink balloons tied to a little bench. We were going to have our guests let them up, but in our defense, there was a pretty strong wind. And so, unlike our love… Poof! Gone with the wind…
