So, last time I wrote I was pretty thrilled that I finally started to feel a bit better. Two days later I got really sick. So sick I couldn’t do anything at all. So sick it felt like my body was abandoning me. So sick I started to feel a bit down. Some days I just couldn’t stop crying. So thank God I feel better now! Still a lot of pain but that sickness and grey cloud are gone.
Last week I went to a lifestyle and food coach, Ralph Moorman. I heard some great stories about him so I thought it was worth the shot. We had a good talk an he really thinks it would help if I change my eating habits. So for the next two months I’m going to eat without gluten, sugar and dairy. It’s a big challenge but if this helps it’s really worth it. I will keep you posted and if you have any tips and tricks please let me know!
