Last saturday I went to the beautiful Conservatorium Hotel in Amsterdam for ‘Meet the Blogger’. The whole entire day I was amazed by the beautiful building. It’s so obvious that they renovated it with such love for detail and style. If I could I would stay there for at least a week (but unfortunately I can’t affort that…)
I really loved ‘Meet the Blogger’. It was so inspiring! Frieda, the key-note speaker was amazing. She has this Swedish blog and earns her living with it. She gave us heaps of great tips and ideas and talked with such enthusiasm that it gave me a lot of energy to continue what I’ve started.
Getting to talk with so many fellow bloggers was really nice. I especially had fun merting Maartje again after a year of online contact. Also, talking to Nina, Deborah, Monique and many other inspiring people made me go home with a big, big smile on my face (of course the wine and heavy goodie-bag had something to do with that!…)
What I really want to do now is to write down what I think my future looks like in five years. With a lot of details like the clothes I want to be wearing and what my studio will look like (yes, I want a studio!) After I was done, I had this sense of anticipation that, even though I love blogging I want to be big in making illustrations, drawings and producing my own products. And then blog about it.
By the way, I am so honoured by being mentioned on the blog of 101 woonideeen! And check out Maartje’s blog for a photo of me paying close attention to the speaker.
Wanna know more about Meet the Blogger? Check out the website. I really loved the reviews from hopinteriours and sister-mag.
Sounds amazing! :)
